Restricted Content

Artist reserves the right, in her sole discretion, to determine objectionable content. The following objectional content is restricted on the MirandaThomasFineArt.com website (“Site”): (a) contains illegal, adult content, nudity or obscene language; (b) encourages or promotes intolerance or discrimination of, or towards people or peoples of any race, color, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, nationality, creed or religion; (c) advocates, encourages or practices the exploitation of any group or groups in society, including, and in particular, children, the elderly or the disadvantaged; (d) obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of Intellectual Property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties; (e) consisting of or containing software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of “spam;” (f) promotes the harming of animals.

User-Generated Content

Any user of the Site must not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any user-generated content. User must represent and warrant that user is the owner or validly authorized licensee of all content user may choose to share to the Site, and user hereby grants to the Artist and Artist’s service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive license to copy, store, transmit, digitally display, and otherwise distribute any such content.

Artist Right To Remove Content

Artist reserves the right, but not the obligation to monitor, edit or remove any content from this Site, without prior notice. Artist does not regularly review posted content and takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any user-generated or any third party content that is posted. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.
