Refund and Return Policy

1.0 Overview

A refund and return policy is available for thirty (30) calendar days. If the date is more than thirty (30) calendar days past your date of purchase, there is no refund or exchange.

2.0 Refund Eligibility

2.1 Full Refund

To be eligible for a return and full refund:

  • You must return product unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging
  • You must show receipt or proof of purchase
  • You must give notice of intent to return/refund request by email, before returning product

    2.2 Partial Refund

    The following situations give a partial refund:

    • Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Artist and/or shipping error
    • Any item returned more than thirty (30) calendar days after date of delivery

    2.3 Exempt from Refund

    The following products are exempt from return:

    • Gift cards/credits
    • Downloadable software and/or products
    • Bespoke commissioned art work
    • Print-on-demand and wearable-art products
    • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines

    3.0 Refund Process

    1. Email Artist your notice of intent to return, using subject line RE: Return/Refund
    2. Add a screenshot of your proof of purchase inside the email
    3. Add three (3) screenshots of the product, if it arrived damaged (for insurance purposes)
    4. In the email, let Artist know if you can re-use the product’s delivery container for shipping
    5. Artist will send you a tracking, insurance, packaging, and shipping details
    6. Wrap return in shipping packaging
    7. Ship return to Artist
    8. Once Artist receives and inspects your return, Artist sends you notice by email
    9. Artist processes your refund so that a credit is applied to your original method of payment, within a few days

    4.0 Late or Missing Refund

    If you haven’t received your refund:

    1. Check your bank account again
    2. Contact your credit card company, (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
    3. Contact your bank, (often some processing time before a refund is posted)
    4. If you’ve done this and still have no refund, please email us

    5.0 Maximum Refund Allowed

    Buyer may receive a refund that is equal to, but no more than the purchase price. Artist is not responsible to refund to Buyer any additional fees and/or compensation for, including but not limited to time, effort, packaging, shipping, and/or payment gateway fees.

    6.0 Exchanges

    Artist only replaces a product if it arrives damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send a notice of intent email, using subject line RE: Exchange.

    7.0 Returning a Gift

    7.1 Gift Recipient Gift Credit

    If the Buyer marks a product as a gift when purchasing and product ships directly to the gift recipient (“Giftee”); then Giftee will receive a gift credit equal to the purchase price of the returned product. Once Artist receives the returned product and Giftee’s email, then Artist will email a gift credit to the Giftee.

    7.2 Buyer Refund

    If Buyer did NOT mark product as a gift when purchasing, product ships to the Buyer, and Buyer gives to Giftee later; then Artist will notify Buyer of the return. Once Artist receives the returned product, Artist will refund the purchase price to Buyer.

    8.0 Shipping Your Return

    8.1 Shipping Charges

    You will be responsible for paying for your return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    8.2 Delivery Timeline

    Depending on where you live, the shipping time will vary.

    8.3 Tracking & Insurance

    Artist can’t guarantee that she will receive your returned item, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
