DIGITAL DOWNLOAD FAQ

A digital download means an electronic file you receive instantly. It’s a download from our server onto your device. There no physical product — nothing shipped to you.

You can access your digital download immediately after purchase. 

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, your browser will redirect to a page where you can click a link and download the file(s) onto your device.

Be sure to save your email so that you can access it in the future. Your download is one (1) zip-file containing multiple files:

• file(s) for printing
• license certificate (personal, commercial or extended)
• print instructions

Check your junk or spam inbox. If you are using Gmail, check all of your tabs. Be sure to add mirandathomasfineart.com to your address book or safe list.

Here are few of the most frequent reasons that cause downloading problems.

• nothing happens when you click the download link, then disable any non-standard add-ons or toolbars that you’ve installed and try to download the file again.
• your computer states that the file is corrupt, then delete the file and download it again.
• If your computer is unable to open the file, you may be missing the program required to open the file type.

You may download your digital file up to 5 times. If you need to download your files more than 5 times, contact us and we’ll be happy to make that adjustment for you.

After you download your zip-file, open it to access all the files inside. Then you can click on each individual file to open.

You may print as many copies of the files as your license allows.
