1.0 Shipping Costs
1.1 In the USA
Shipping is free within the contiguous United States.
1.2 Outside the USA
If you need a piece shipped outside the continguous USA, payment for shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact me and provide me with your shipping address, so I may get accurate cost for the shipping. I’ll notify you of the cost; then you can decide if you want to continue with the purchase. I will invoice you separately via email for shipping payment.
2.0 Shipping Timeline
2.1 Standard Timeline
Shipping is 3-7 business days after your order is placed, for finished pieces.
2.2 Holiday Delivery Delays
Please allow yourself plenty of extra time for shipping during the major holidays.
2.3 Shipping Delays
If I cannot ship for an extended period, (e.g., when I’m on vacation), a notice will appear on my shop’s home page.
3.0 Packaging
Getting your new art safely to you is important! It will be packaged with utmost care.
3.1 Packaging Original Art
Original artwork is wrapped in paper, contained in a waterproof wrapping treatment; then packaged and cushioned.
3.2 Packaging Print Art
Prints is slipped into a cellophane sleeve (to prevent water damage), backed with cardboard (to help prevent bending and creasing), then carefully slipped into a padded mailer.
4.0 Carrier
4.1 Standard Size Art
Depending on the size, art will be shipped with tracking and insurance via USPS Priority Mail or FED EX. Soon after your package is shipped, you will be provided with tracking information.
4.2 Larger Pieces and Luxury Art
Larger art will be shipped SIGNATURE REQUIRED via FED EX. Luxury, one-of-a-kind art means that theft is possible and you’ll want the comfort of knowing your art is secure.
4.3 Destination
I’m happy to ship to your workplace or to a family member; please specify accurate shipping locations while ordering.
5.0 Shipping Damage
Contact me immediately, if your art arrives damaged in any way. You must provide to me photos of the damage within 3 days, so that I may file an insurance claim with the shipping company. Also you must return the art to my studio. Then you may choose either: (1) to replace damaged art with a similar piece or (2) to receive a refund.
